I. Terms and conditions of purchasing

1.To purchase any product you must be 18 years old. In order to purchase you must fill in the registration form. We respect your privacy.
2. The user agrees to provide authentic and true information, including valid address, phone number and e-mail address.
3. Only orders over 15 EUR will be delivered.
4. An acknowledgment of your order will be sent by e-mail. The order must be confirmed by clicking the link given in e-mail. In title of the message you will receive the number which is necessary in case of any contacts with the shop staff.
The realization of the order starts with:
a) In case of orders paid at the time of delivery and by money transfer - after sending and receiving at the shop details and confirmation of the order.
b) In case of payment by credit card - at the moment of authorization the card.
c) In case of down payment - on day of income money on the account.
5. You can delete your order till the time of confirmation.
6. The shop may refuse to make an order if we cannot contact you or if the given data is not authentic and valid.
7. All products displayed constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order to purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions. All the prizes quoted on this Internet site include VAT tax. In case of any prize change you will be informed.
8. Commercially reasonable efforts will be used to provide accurate information concerning product availability information on this Internet site. However information concerning availability is subject to frequent change and is not guaranteed to be accurate. In case of any doubts please contact the shop staff before ordering.
9. You may be asked to pay advanced payment if it is necessary to supply your order.
10. The orders are realized with using the service www.amekon.com. In exceptional cases you may make an order by e-mail or by fax.
11.The products displayed on this Internet site are not the store offer so some of them are not available at once.

II. Order realization

1.Orders are shipped on the territory of whole country by Polish Post or by delivery services. Overseas orders in UE, Norway and Switzerland are delivered by couriers.
2. Orders will be dispatched within 4 working days. We will contact you if any delays to constitute farther proceeding.
3.Term of receipt the parcel = the time of realization + the time of delivery.

- Polish Post - priority package within 2-5 days
- UPS - courier delivery, delivery within 1-2 working days
b) overseas packages in EU, Norway, Switzerland
- UPS - courier delivery, delivery within 1-2 days

III. Options of payment

2. Before your payment by credit card check if your order is available. The refund of money in case of resignation at your request after payment with PolCard will be diminished about 5% of provision for the service

a) cost of transport consists of costs of delivery, down payment and insurance,
b) sorted parcel: actual weight up to 20 kg - length up to 50 cm,
- width up to 50 cm
- height up to 47,5 cm
c) sorted parcel : weight up to 50kg
- length up to 70cm
- width up to 65 cm
- height up to 65 cm
d) cost of delivery of unsorted parcels, over 20kg and 50 kg or other with the total sum of width, length and height over 147,5cm ( for the bracket of 20kg ) and with the total sum over 200cm is estimated individually and depends on weight and place of delivery.

2. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

V. Guarantee

1. The product purchased through this Internet site are warranted to be free from any defects according to the guarantee card provided with the goods, usually by manufacturer, sometimes by supplier or importer. Please contact them in case of any reclamation. In the guarantee card there is the name of the company responsible in case of any complain.
2. Some products do not have any guarantee card, eg. Food, preparats and supplements and are not taken under guarantee.
3. The base of reclamation is a guarantee card and the proof of shopping.
4. The term of reclamation is fixed by the manufacturer of the product.
5. All the products available on this internet site are brand new and with the warranty of latent defects. Any reclamation will be investigated according to the civil code.

VI. Reclamation and returning of the products

1. If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 10 days from the date of delivery ( according to act on 2 March 2000 about protection of some consumers rights ). The product must be returned at your expense in an undamaged condition with all the accessories and guarantee card included in original box. Before returning please contact the shop staff.
2. JAKAR e-Commerce is not responsible for any damages made during delivery services. You may check the condition of the product at the presence of supplier. In case of any damages a report must be prepared and sent by e-mail or fax to premises of JAKAR e-Commerce Group. JAKAR e-commerce Group does not bear any responsibility for the time of delivery and this cannot be the base of any reclamation.
3. JAKAR e-Commerce Group does not bear any responsibility for the damages occurred in the time of using.

VII. Privacy policy

1.JAKAR e-Commerce Group respects your privacy. We have the highest regard for the privacy of our customers. For this reason we shall keep confidential and not sell, trade or release any details you provide us when purchasing in our shop. We follow strict guidelines Under the Data Protection Act ( 27 Sept 1997 ) and do not pass any information to third parties.
